Chloé Hutchison is the Founder and Owner of ChloBridge Staffing. She graduated with her degree in Early Childhood Education from Rochester Christian University and brings years of hands-on experience in the early childhood industry. Compelled by her dedication to nurturing children and supporting families, she founded ChloBridge with the goal of raising the standard of childcare staffing through trust, transparency, and personalized service. Her leadership continues to shape the agency’s values, emphasizing safety, professionalism, and genuine care in every placement.
